Every full or part time sales clerk is responsible for the proper and efficient
5 O7 a3 S1 {& q) H" H/ x: k2 boperation of his or her shift, within company policy in such a manner as to ensure
that the shift contributes to the increased profitability of the store while serving
- z7 t; y7 c# Y  acustomers with exceptional customer service. All sales clerks report directly to
8 Z( X4 z! m) j+ `' bthe Store Manager.
* B3 K7 `$ O. z" X1 A. kDuties and Responsibilities
0 ^9 y+ y! y- p8 ~$ Y6 N7 h7 uCustomer Service
• Provide all customers with prompt and courteous service
+ v  P; r0 w: [1 a• Assist customers find what they are looking for
• Receive and fill orders for clubs, restaurants, and hotels as required
• Make every effort to find merchandise for customers if an item is not in
stock
( t) ~0 p) ]. X; @. U1 p• Screen for intoxication and check identification for any customer who
6 W- J! }, k# Plooks under 25 years of age
Store Responsibilities
) ~( w0 @4 W) O" b9 p1 c" {+ B• Operate point of sale terminal to make sales and look up products
• Stock shelves in accordance with company merchandising standards
' p) C' v; \& Y/ n• Assist in receiving and storing merchandise
• Keep the store, stockroom and restrooms clean
! s& @. q, l+ e2 u+ P• Help monitor inventory levels – item counts at tills and hourly counts
• Protect company assets at all times
• Close the store (key holders)
• Other tasks as assigned by Store or Assistant Manager

8 d( L/ G. D" r& h+ E& S& h• High School graduate
! l# b: y9 D8 d9 _9 U3 X: w• Criminal record check.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good problem solving skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and
" j0 D8 }" ]* a* `& I5 lchanges in strategies
Working Conditions

• Available for shift work Sunday – Saturdays, days and evenings
& S& a, p$ g! }) ~9 y• Able to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds
/ D! Q; g3 X; q$ E. {7 E• Standing for extended periods of time
& i0 `* A+ k' U: c& n2 u• Comfortable climbing ladders
