: c  ?$ i- O2 @9 y# C6 p& h9 ^$ gEvery full or part time sales clerk is responsible for the proper and efficient
- W0 y  c% V) D& q, L: F- U* @operation of his or her shift, within company policy in such a manner as to ensure
that the shift contributes to the increased profitability of the store while serving
4 T3 T1 I- @  B, Ncustomers with exceptional customer service. All sales clerks report directly to
the Store Manager.
* w! X+ j5 F& q* ODuties and Responsibilities
Customer Service
- x( _6 j9 G8 @5 w+ \  y7 d1 M• Provide all customers with prompt and courteous service
, G6 X. k+ ^+ W: Y• Assist customers find what they are looking for
2 [( p9 D$ b. V2 \8 D* [' _• Receive and fill orders for clubs, restaurants, and hotels as required
1 y3 C9 p' V% U, _# {• Make every effort to find merchandise for customers if an item is not in
stock
• Screen for intoxication and check identification for any customer who
2 i$ u8 n! L- ?2 h' M1 ~, F0 zlooks under 25 years of age
Store Responsibilities
• Operate point of sale terminal to make sales and look up products
• Stock shelves in accordance with company merchandising standards
% k9 T' K" b2 r1 ^, f. Q1 ~• Assist in receiving and storing merchandise
: J5 d) I. U1 `) C; D' `- s• Keep the store, stockroom and restrooms clean
6 ^/ V/ T0 c+ }( J; V$ e" I• Help monitor inventory levels – item counts at tills and hourly counts
• Protect company assets at all times
* F' ^. o1 J/ z0 u) @• Close the store (key holders)
+ I$ e2 u; A" w  j8 F% W• Other tasks as assigned by Store or Assistant Manager
2 Q  A5 l9 {2 g. hQualifications
- N* \# C1 t/ F/ b1 D• High School graduate
• Criminal record check.
1 A# C1 z2 \0 i% x; Y1 ^& n' Y  p• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good problem solving skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and
changes in strategies

• Fast paced environment

Physical Requirements
5 S7 b5 j* I7 S- T1 C• Available for shift work Sunday – Saturdays, days and evenings
* c9 V! U- M/ y/ D• Able to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds
• Standing for extended periods of time
