# g' Y+ E$ F' a  J7 W  P Gas Development is comprised of natural gas business development, Enbridge investments in existing gas infrastructure and investments in long-term gas development initiatives.  The Group currently manages investments totaling $1 billion, with earnings of approximately $100 million.   This new Senior Business Advisor position will report directly to the Director Finance & Control, Gas Development.  The position will work closely with Business Development Management to ensure financial planning models for existing businesses reflect the most current commercial & economic outlooks.  This position will also develop initial financial models, and analyze risks and opportunities, related to potential new businesses identified by Gas Development.

7 u& x5 `- J. {& J% h: O+ Y Maintain and analyze financial models of existing Gas Development investments to ensure financial performance meets corporate expectations; where appropriate, identify opportunities to optimize commercial values;

Work closely with Gas Development Management to ensure financial models reflect current commercial contracts and economic / financial outlooks;

# C; v6 e( I/ SOngoing risk assessment and determine impacts for financial planning;

Liaise with senior financial representatives from partners/JVs to ensure an understanding of key financial/commercial issues and the impact to financial results and forecasts;

2 g3 ^/ H3 R  k: c, G! r/ l% cWorking closely with Gas Development Management, will develop initial financial models and evaluations of natural gas infrastructure opportunities valued in the range of $100 million to $1 billion+;

Work closely with Senior Advisors/Managers of Corporate Development & Investment Review to ensure consistency of financial evaluation techniques for new opportunities and ensure clear and timely communication of project risks and opportunities;
) z% c& L1 _. ~! Z$ IManage the input of various Corporate Departments in assessing new and existing capital investments;

Provide financial support for investment proposals to Senior Gas Division & Enbridge Management;

Specific responsibilities include: preparation and review of financial models; managing the financial assessment of commercial structures and operating environments, provide advice on key financial assumptions; and assess opportunities & risks of current / proposed investments; determination of asset values/bid prices; use of appropriate valuation methodologies; and due diligence reviews.

) Q5 v9 @! [% V- j% eAssist Director in developing and analyzing financial results and forecasts (annual budgets, forecasts, and long range plan).

$ Q+ {9 p- `  j4 X Business/Finance Degree coupled with an MBA, CFA or accounting designation.

10-15 years financial experience at progressively senior analyst/advisor levels within the energy industry;
' t$ P7 u* s" b& ^
Gas industry experience preferred;

Extensive experience in financial analysis, accounting, financial planning or strategic planning;

3 q( b& Y# j) p# Q  g  hExperience in business evaluations and due diligence with respect to large scale energy projects;

Strong business acumen, collaboration and interpersonal skills;

$ d$ x* l9 K7 y2 D3 XA high degree of personal initiative;
