( Y. j/ X( }& ]) M3 {Reporting to the Mechanical Engineer, the successful candidate is responsible for providing Mechanical (HVAC) Design guidance and support to the Design Team.

& c' J9 G2 n# M* R8 fKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
        Working with a team of draftspersons, designers and engineers, prepare drawings, specifications, and bill of materials for projects
4 o" x/ d# d( g4 Z( u        Review, develop and improve processes and procedures
        Research and develop efforts to improve product designs and costs
        Make sure all information is included on drawings, specifications and drawings requested by the manufacturing group and clients

- f. d( D7 S$ m% S! l6 A) y) N/ `QUALIFICATIONS:
•        Graduate of a technical institute or mechanical trade journeyman
•        Minimum 2 years experience in design/drafting of HVAC systems for    residential or commercial buildings
•        Minimum 5 years experience working as a HVAC journeyman
•        Experience in HVAC systems commissioning and air balancing is an asset
•        Understanding of the Bill of Material generation process
5 j' D3 O; R9 t3 t•        Understanding of drafting and design specifications for projects
) f, }2 K9 _* S8 I% \•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
9 ~$ @/ o& p, ]8 K•        Ability to communicate with all levels of management
