Dear Friend,
I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
8 M. |# c: P2 _" q3 X5 B3 J(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
2 |% ~8 Z" F( lSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.
+ b0 g, t& b, F# {* o% N4 s( u
I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
5 i! R: Q# Z% p' Y30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
$ i' q5 T4 k0 ?1 Xmonths, so it is still quite clean.

2 Q3 Q7 n' O$ b  x# g5 C' ~cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
