I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
9 A5 P" Y5 n* w3 {$ U  Z8 D3 mSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
0 M  A4 t3 L8 @& P$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
4 \  {9 g8 Q4 ube paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

) N7 }! d1 `0 q5 y5 E. s$ N  [cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
+ Q" @, t9 P% G+ x4 l0 k% u% dlease required.
