I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
- l( N+ B( l! Y/ N" C8 i( {person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
, T# v3 i- u& l! G# p7 i; j(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
Southgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

1 T4 Q2 P4 s/ \: NI live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
" y% T0 \% E$ b6 B0 D2 I30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor

/ u7 {  m+ Z  {7 c( E4 y3 xlease required.
