Specific responsibilities

; x# J  [& `$ H  P1 m- Build brand famousness and favorite among custom community.
+ e) n  k" g# B: E- Maintain partnership programs with customers
! m  ~2 ?: @: @" H+ }+ h. r- Review and respond customer inquiries
5 J1 o3 Y! q0 v" P- [8 G- prepare marketing plans for new market segments
: C: S3 P$ ^& n+ ~! e- Attend marketing meetings, set objectives
- Proposals and presentations
- Project management, budget preparation (team work)
- Identify potential commercial risks
- Clarify and answer commercial questions after the quotations
8 U4 Y$ ^9 u* m" I' q4 |; w' H- Make research and selection of the targeting market, and organize to make the annual market development plan.
: g( {7 {7 c, K- w8 T# y- Prepare the marketing research report regularly
- Effectiveness of costs control of marketing development
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education certificate (ideally from administration, marketing, and/or engineering)
- 3+ years successful related experience background
3 m8 s$ W- w1 y7 y$ _- Previous working experience in China would be an asset
- Flexible for travel within the China, and North America or Europe occasionally.
9 m& |; b$ x$ v2 f' b1 Q/ \- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
* P- Z# `. h7 k& T2 g: p1 M/ j- Chinese language skills are an asset.
- Outgoing, confident, consultative rapport builder
- Effective closing and follow up skills, project management
& w6 c! d# o5 ~7 e% U0 B- Responsible and accountable
- Self-managed and able to work independently
- Highly organized and effective time management and problem solving skills
- Proficient administrative & computer skills for MS office, presentations
