Specific responsibilities

' e( ?: I/ w* r& p* o- Organize and perform the activity of brand promotion
, v' g! O; S4 q9 ]- Build brand famousness and favorite among custom community.
- Maintain partnership programs with customers
' {7 l/ F& u) X( x3 \- [- Review and respond customer inquiries
- prepare marketing plans for new market segments
- Attend marketing meetings, set objectives
- Proposals and presentations
! l  ~  c  v5 v0 _( \- Project management, budget preparation (team work)
- Identify potential commercial risks
* v" H2 W% M7 @) S$ ]8 n/ Q7 w- Clarify and answer commercial questions after the quotations
) X0 @+ {: d# ~, B5 c% F- Make research and selection of the targeting market, and organize to make the annual market development plan.
" k' R4 A, B: }8 v- Prepare the marketing research report regularly
- Effectiveness of costs control of marketing development
% ^; I, t2 O1 o/ l5 [Requirements:
- Post-secondary education certificate (ideally from administration, marketing, and/or engineering)
& w# o# L/ Q/ @/ Z, B: u- 3+ years successful related experience background
2 |+ y' A) s* f  {! ~  W% h. I- Previous working experience in China would be an asset
- Flexible for travel within the China, and North America or Europe occasionally.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Chinese language skills are an asset.
- Outgoing, confident, consultative rapport builder
* j; i+ g+ M! d( ]8 G0 H' Y- Effective closing and follow up skills, project management
- Responsible and accountable
- Self-managed and able to work independently
; y8 y! Y5 A8 W- [' A( b- Highly organized and effective time management and problem solving skills
$ s1 @5 A: z$ e- Proficient administrative & computer skills for MS office, presentations
- Valid North America or European passport
