刚才收到ualberta大学研究生办公室的信
To apply as a Canadian or Permanent Resident you must have received your degrees from a Canadian university.  However, as a Permanent Resident you will not be assessed the differential fee for tuition.

难道必须要有加拿大大学自己的学位才能够申请研究生吗？

是不是太荒谬了，如果这样的话

我要上高中就要有加拿大的初中证明
我要上初中就要有加拿大的小学证明
我要上小学就要有加拿大的幼儿园证明

有兄弟姐妹能帮我看看哪有相关的读研究生的政策，我好给这个人再回封信，驳斥他

The first sentence means that if you don't have a degree from a Canadian

status of PR. This imply that they will judge you the same as all other
( o: F4 b2 r6 O: vinternational students in the admission stage.

' o1 V3 ^* I* h0 Z6 Iinternational student in the admission step, when you get admitted, you
' e( g! K) T2 [# p" `won't pay the differential fee as international students do.

研究生录取一般都是9月份，少数1月份。5月份申请的还没听说过。
3 B$ q* g* g) q& p7 n1 R申请的截止期一般都是1月底二月初，还是早点申请好，反正人家录取也不
. W: Q7 s, X' t6 M把你的移民身份看得很重。申请材料里面提一下就好了。

一般申请的时候都要提交申请材料，那我现在citizenship Status in Canada上填什么好呢？

人家自始至终都没提说要给你按照国际学生收学费的问题呀,最后一句是说尽管仍然把你按照国际学生来考虑,但是作为PR,将不会收你的differential fee

那如果我以国际学生的身份被录取了，会不会到时候交费的时候要以国际学生的身份交阿，如果不是，怎么运作？

只要你有移民身份，你就和加拿大本地人交的学费一样。
