我难道移民了还要按照国际学生的费用交学费？

刚才收到ualberta大学研究生办公室的信
To apply as a Canadian or Permanent Resident you must have received your degrees from a Canadian university.  However, as a Permanent Resident you will not be assessed the differential fee for tuition.

难道必须要有加拿大大学自己的学位才能够申请研究生吗？

我要上本科就要有加拿大的高中证明
- E( d. q7 U6 R. y0 h/ \我要上高中就要有加拿大的初中证明
我要上初中就要有加拿大的小学证明
我要上小学就要有加拿大的幼儿园证明

% r6 {) O8 X! y9 f有兄弟姐妹能帮我看看哪有相关的读研究生的政策，我好给这个人再回封信，驳斥他

The first sentence means that if you don't have a degree from a Canadian

1 S- m# |& \6 I6 i5 V0 Jstatus of PR. This imply that they will judge you the same as all other
international students in the admission stage.
) A8 d- r1 x1 w0 }* P+ L5 J, z# `
; K% G5 S; C- |3 [The second sentence means that even you are considered as an
6 h0 q7 h& ~9 M. E( F) d+ |7 k* Dinternational student in the admission step, when you get admitted, you
won't pay the differential fee as international students do.

研究生录取一般都是9月份，少数1月份。5月份申请的还没听说过。
申请的截止期一般都是1月底二月初，还是早点申请好，反正人家录取也不
把你的移民身份看得很重。申请材料里面提一下就好了。

- M' U( h% d. P- k4 _0 p一般申请的时候都要提交申请材料，那我现在citizenship Status in Canada上填什么好呢？
- g( L4 M, ]& I3 b0 r+ P我现在可以填移民吗？主要还没有登陆，没有ＳＩＮ号，所以不知道怎么办

人家自始至终都没提说要给你按照国际学生收学费的问题呀,最后一句是说尽管仍然把你按照国际学生来考虑,但是作为PR,将不会收你的differential fee

那如果我以国际学生的身份被录取了，会不会到时候交费的时候要以国际学生的身份交阿，如果不是，怎么运作？

只要你有移民身份，你就和加拿大本地人交的学费一样。
