$ o. h4 h: g0 E0 ?-        facilitate recruitment of participants for the Keshotu Leadership Academy
-        conduct interviews to ensure participants have necessary qualities

Organize Leadership Training Sessions
/ s) ?1 @: O  {. q) M-        locate an appropriate venue for weekly meetings
-        set up a plan for the span of the project (Jan 08 – Dec 08) for weekly meetings
-        use project proposal to ensure time is spent with all identified areas

5 \& p9 V8 {1 J* ]8 M; k) E4 GPlan and Facilitate identified public events
; Q4 ~  ?5 O, F  w-        with youth participants

-        work with media consultant to ensure good coverage of project

Networking
-        attend meetings relevant to organizational mandate
-        create and maintain relationships with community groups, individuals, institutions that are interested in race relations

Professional Development
-        Be informed on current issues on race relations and other areas relevant to the position.

Proposal Creation
3 N; l; C- G- t: b' R5 `- b-        With program manager, create proposals to continue funding of this project.
8 e( x1 ~0 I$ A- Y# K0 @# D& J-        Also with program manager, create a logic model for each project with activities; short, medium, and long term outcomes; and indicators

, q8 s0 N- Q% p0 }-        submit quarterly reports to program manager and timely reports according to requirements of each funder

7 h( L% o( H# f- dProject Evaluation
-        work with external evaluation consultant to collect appropriate data for evaluation
-        include in all interim and final reports, outcome measures using indicators from logic model

9 [! t( D, ~* I-        excellent knowledge of the issue of racism in Canadian society
-        demonstrated leadership abilities with youth
4 n" z) w" M; |' M-        experience with project coordination
  @; m9 O, k9 Z* }9 W2 e-        degree or diploma in human services field
-        developed knowledge and skills in one or more performing arts
