The way to resolve this is to have the user open Internet Explorer and go to" c9 X3 q1 ^4 }! x2 D
Tools -> Internet Options ( }4 I9 F! y2 n5 Z7 eClick the Connections Tab + V9 A1 R% D9 o* w9 t2 s7 LClick the the "Lan Settings" button; [7 |3 l# E4 L3 U
Remove the check mark next to "Automatically Detect Settings"' z6 P9 T9 q( w& [/ S) v
Click Ok , X( w1 d1 t& dClick Ok& A+ H/ m4 h+ k2 P6 t
) ^/ `- ^' s9 g O
The user will now be able to visit University of Alberta websites again.
