The way to resolve this is to have the user open Internet Explorer and go to % v' s% W! ~: M" t( J4 e# zTools -> Internet Options- `" l3 G) c3 b0 B2 V+ W# n

Click the the "Lan Settings" button & W3 s$ W; r( E- r+ WRemove the check mark next to "Automatically Detect Settings" . p3 T$ c9 d% ]Click Ok " P4 V8 `" r5 J! H$ h4 l, ^8 qClick Ok( M3 s! Y4 {+ S9 g& f2 P* D% q
