举个例子：
如果你捐赠$1000，你会得到$3000的Official Tax Receipt on FMV Fair Market Value, 再加上原有的$1000，你的Total Cash Receipt将会是$4000。
在你报税的时候，根据39%的Alberta Tax Credit，你将会得到$1560（4000乘以39%等于1560）的退税。除去你捐的$1000，你将净得$560。
" C# d- z1 u# C  w" v如果你捐赠$5,000，你会得到$15,000的Official Tax Receipt on FMV Fair Market Value, 再加上原有的$5,000，你的Total Cash Receipt将会是$20,000。
在你报税的时候，根据39%的Alberta Tax Credit，你将会得到$7800（20,000乘以39%等于7800）的退税。除去你捐的$5000，你将净得$2800。

所以，到明年四月你收到Refund Tax后，你会发现，你将为你的捐款创造56%的Interest.

让我解释一下：
FMV--- fair market value
& Y7 H& ^7 P, j  @1 cThis is the way a product is evaluated on the market
比如　一套Courseware软件
& W$ T; \$ @$ D" r( course on the computer)( 关于 Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint or word的学习)
0 n, o! }- Y2 F4 h( X; e/ WThe fair marker value是 $100.
/ ^4 |9 _6 T) j9 Z2 g1 |% \. ~  B如果你捐了$1000 到Charity 1 Millenniums Charitable Foundation, 你收到tax receipt $1000.
你同时还得到The Global Learning Trust 的package of  30 courseware. 你把这些package 捐到 Canadian charity association. 你又会得到 receipt  $3000.

你发明了一个软件，而且一定要到一个注册的慈善团体捐助，并且你需要找一个评估师来评估你的这个软件的FMV,然后才算你的donation and gift in kind.

这就是个漏洞，但并不是每个人都会利用这个漏洞。

如果你可以基本满足上面我说的那些条件，你可以进行gift in kind 的捐助。
