The IT Small Systems Specialist will be responsible for providing day to day technical support for SYSCO Edmonton. Responsibilities will include equipment management and support, basic network support and troubleshooting.

§ Provide high level of customer service to internal customers

§ Hardware and software installation, configuration and implementation' g, _! B4 v6 `6 a4 f
§ Ensure software and hardware standards and other policies are adhered to at all times4 r2 I, |$ W# @5 B9 }4 f3 M+ ]
§ Liaise with Corporate IT Helpdesk1 c8 _* o* U3 H; s4 y1 B$ T& e
§ Become familiar with in-house software applications (AS/400, EXE/warehouse management system, SOS, VRFS, Impromptu, Lotus Notes & others) with goal of becoming in-house expert8 k) a8 Y; c8 i# J8 ?9 t" n+ }
§ Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external parties% [3 ?/ \, M$ M' A
§ Special projects as required

§ Work with auditors (internal and external) – respond to requests, prepare response to audit reports

§ Manage and track all technology assets including ensuring that all software licenses are documented and adhered to9 x" G- B+ {2 t, A' J- a9 _

§ Perform network administration at the domain level; managing user accounts and network access
