Turn around mean shutdown.
It could be the whole plant or part of the plant shutdown, depend on the schedule.

You'd better check it out before you take this job.

4 r4 Y( d& |' t8 w4 JI printed the words above at a paper. I presented it at today’s morning safety meeting and asked the meaning of “TRUNAROUND”.. There were nobody really knew the meaning of “TURNAROUND”.
One local 424 member said” TURNAROUND means ten days on 4 days off.”
" L: F5 x$ Q* RAnother said:” maybe means shutdown.”
; b1 x4 u* i* W$ }) G7 q) c  A) @: N- tMy foreman said: “ I am not sure. Maybe it is a couple of days. It is better to call the dispatch office to know.”
