On Sunday, March 7, 2010, from 12:00pm to 4:00pm, the University of Alberta Museums present the annual Science Sunday, an afternoon of discovery for kids aged 5 to 12.4 n; }7 k* G& T1 {) Y3 r3 W# }

Bring your children, grandchildren, or young friends to explore the natural sciences through a wide range of hands-on activities, including:

learning about animal noises with John Acorn, the Nature Nut 8 I9 D |/ L- t. l# i
digging for and examining fossils
7 K9 @3 Y! L2 z$ Iexploring the impact of meteorites on the surface of the earth

. B# j+ y# U( |+ u“Junior researchers” can drop in any time during the afternoon with an adult chaperone to participate. Pre-registration is not required. Admission is by donation.2 O8 B/ E, k3 [3 c

Science Sunday is located in the Earth Sciences Building on the U of A Campus, just off of Saskatchewan Drive. Pay parking is available in Lot N on 111th Street.
