• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
# `) P& N. m' p1 o0 K2 G6 O* x• Identification and replication of software defects : J" K2 U+ \" C7 |2 o/ Q; B# i
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients : u( V2 J1 @& y/ O
• Managing customer expectations
) [8 e, S3 b0 C z• Documentation of technical procedures 1 d/ s1 Y: r- B# k8 r
• Trouble shooting client network issues ! i# i) D9 i* W$ I
• Optimizing system configurations

• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

• Customer service skills

Experience and Education
