! B6 K, q2 W9 C9 l+ a• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control: f" h% i" L' \: l: S
• Identification and replication of software defects + I' h9 C n3 |6 n. E
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients 0 _# o. z+ Q( z7 h
• Managing customer expectations # ~, J# v- S9 H/ H5 W; s
• Documentation of technical procedures - m) b" N0 V- {) u8 s6 O
• Trouble shooting client network issues # \4 e( t' q6 Q) v$ e8 }
• Optimizing system configurations 4 i: U$ y3 a. M9 T T3 H% u6 v
• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) M* Y5 O" }( U- o4 s3 k- O6 D
• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system 3 G& ?" e3 H* w& D& R& F
• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.
