" }( j% S' I0 p* C% b• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
, V& J( {0 n# N+ N; D5 |- d• Identification and replication of software defects 5 H! C" I S2 i2 X
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
, ^# y# c0 A( V% I• Managing customer expectations
8 g' W' D, H2 x$ _3 O- \• Documentation of technical procedures
. P# j) m, b: D3 @( m7 v$ k& E• Trouble shooting client network issues
