•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
# `) P& N. m' p1 o0 K2 G6 O* x•        Identification and replication of software defects  : J" K2 U+ \" C7 |2 o/ Q; B# i
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  : u( V2 J1 @& y/ O
•        Managing customer expectations
) [8 e, S3 b0 C  z•        Documentation of technical procedures 1 d/ s1 Y: r- B# k8 r
•        Trouble shooting client network issues ! i# i) D9 i* W$ I
•        Optimizing system configurations

•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

Skills and Knowledge Required" j/ C+ T  z) L5 d0 y7 y* l6 k
•        Customer service skills
/ Y1 O4 o7 f! V, h( m2 [•        Technical writing skills
" z/ L! k( f0 x•        C++ development skills + `$ c/ d+ Y& ^& l! F* D" H, l2 [
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.$ d, {8 ~: G$ A# i
•        Network trouble shooting skills

•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments   S. E) ~& S/ l5 M/ c' W

•        Ability to work independently

Experience and Education
. M6 w( I5 W4 u0 M4 o5 z: j0 |•        Technical degree or diploma 3 z9 X' k5 s# O6 s' H
•        2 years experience in a technical support role5 F. H! K) ?6 ]
