• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control

• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients % q# Q2 s( I% h- P( X3 [8 E% Q
• Managing customer expectations 5 o, r7 N5 D$ |2 J
• Documentation of technical procedures

Experience and Education
