• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control* R' [" X! t3 D/ o1 [* }' g) L
• Identification and replication of software defects
: J: I/ |: M8 N. ^& z, a• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients ' V! T/ q H0 M E% g
• Managing customer expectations 4 B0 i$ V7 e8 `9 `! ~
• Documentation of technical procedures & Z$ c# `1 J) E& O% [
• Trouble shooting client network issues 5 m/ S5 n. w9 l- |
• Optimizing system configurations

• System training
