Position Responsibilities:% F1 m$ l: |) V  v
•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control# U; }& P2 c, J+ M0 ~  b9 {
•        Identification and replication of software defects  ' t: Y( n6 b2 o
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
7 n- D  U  P3 V2 z0 x& l•        Managing customer expectations
- t" b6 _3 i, T+ w  g1 W' J# S•        Documentation of technical procedures 1 o  t4 w* p& d. d# v; a
•        Trouble shooting client network issues ) ]  K2 M; S7 ~8 c7 M
•        Optimizing system configurations  3 i2 v6 @+ y  T3 A8 d% R
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) 2 \6 c$ @- I) j+ p/ L4 o3 ?% [8 K
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

Skills and Knowledge Required
( ~. j6 X- g/ }3 o•        Customer service skills
. E! ~, O7 x. b+ L) B) T•        Technical writing skills : N& K, J  u1 |8 a5 Q2 {# a
•        C++ development skills
  T! X5 {+ c' j$ ~% n•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
! m, ?7 n" T3 R2 e3 G5 k7 Y•        Network trouble shooting skills   E- ^6 j/ F1 M, m) M. H6 Y, H
•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills + f9 z1 T+ R( l2 z
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
2 L% D( {" X5 C* B& t1 V•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement) & P1 O$ f8 N, J- o' ?/ O
•        Ability to work independently

•        Technical degree or diploma
