Position Responsibilities:' ~9 Z1 ]2 }! S1 ?$ B
•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
% v# h8 C" V( i2 v$ v. \•        Identification and replication of software defects  
0 D1 z" q- d0 |) H3 v8 D: u•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
+ D; N- v# ^! ?•        Managing customer expectations + y! t( Q5 {+ l* a% r3 ~: L7 d. C
•        Documentation of technical procedures
' e4 n. I) l& g$ [6 i' W# o2 w•        Trouble shooting client network issues ! \. V4 ^! D1 O* E5 E
•        Optimizing system configurations  
, f2 s# w8 [" n; l% A% d/ p- r! ?•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        Network trouble shooting skills

•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments

Experience and Education
