Position Responsibilities:% F1 m$ l: |) V v
• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control# U; }& P2 c, J+ M0 ~ b9 {
• Identification and replication of software defects ' t: Y( n6 b2 o
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
7 n- D U P3 V2 z0 x& l• Managing customer expectations
- t" b6 _3 i, T+ w g1 W' J# S• Documentation of technical procedures 1 o t4 w* p& d. d# v; a
• Trouble shooting client network issues ) ] K2 M; S7 ~8 c7 M
• Optimizing system configurations 3 i2 v6 @+ y T3 A8 d% R
• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) 2 \6 c$ @- I) j+ p/ L4 o3 ?% [8 K
• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

• Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
