•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control0 T! I- g6 Y% i& Q' D4 h
•        Identification and replication of software defects

•        Managing customer expectations : e  M. L8 B" N8 o; \  g2 R- P3 M

•        Trouble shooting client network issues # N3 W. V  E. o
•        Optimizing system configurations

•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
