• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
/ ~5 ?' ]8 g9 [; R( P6 f• Identification and replication of software defects
) S1 U" l0 j! U' G! o$ f• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
& B' L- ^; s+ w5 O8 U+ D• Managing customer expectations

• Optimizing system configurations
