Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
) H' z" f* D0 A  }- b/ N9 H2 SAssign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
& |, v6 O$ W9 Y' A" s6 C4 GSell merchandise to customers
2 B6 G6 S* b6 f  M- A' rResolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
7 D% n9 F* e" P* OHire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:

        Completion of secondary school is required
% e+ n" o5 c0 d" _         2 - 3 years work experience as retail salesperson
