- Prepare and mix metalizing solutions according to formulas or specifications
. q5 j3 }7 B; v- Operate and control electroplating equipment to coat metal and other objects
# A" @: Y! A* V' G# w- Operate hot-dip metal plating equipment to galvanize metal and other objects
# E- U8 V6 R. C4 D) ?( s- Tend automatic metal coating machine which conveys objects through series of cleaning, rinsing and plating solutions
- Operate spray equipment to build up worn or damaged parts or to bond protective or decorative coatings on metal objects
- Check proper thickness of plating using micrometers, callipers or other devices
& w. S+ c6 b1 r/ C* X- Clean and prepare metal parts for coating

Requirements:
7 m5 q) i' z( n' \( R- ^, O•        Completion of secondary school is required
