Job description:
- Prepare and mix metalizing solutions according to formulas or specifications
- Operate and control electroplating equipment to coat metal and other objects
- Operate hot-dip metal plating equipment to galvanize metal and other objects
- Tend automatic metal coating machine which conveys objects through series of cleaning, rinsing and plating solutions
9 k/ F# r# q3 G  F2 k& M; }: K- Operate spray equipment to build up worn or damaged parts or to bond protective or decorative coatings on metal objects
- J% O2 d2 C* d  a0 P" N- Check proper thickness of plating using micrometers, callipers or other devices
# ?/ Z- o6 G4 |3 [2 D- Clean and prepare metal parts for coating
1 }9 \8 h- z1 }/ x- U- Tend ovens which cure metal coating
