I used to be a member in Chinese Anglers Club in Toronto, They have论坛公约. r: O: a c6 o% J) V% P2 b% n

I think, here we also need 论坛公约 which shall been always put on the top of web page. The board moderator can cancel any writings if that violate 论坛公约.! S: j* E2 P+ I6 H/ l
