求助：撞车了，自己的责任，第三方保险，怎么办？

昨晚在一路口左转时被一辆车撞在后面的轮子上，当时是黄灯以为那辆车会停下来。对方的车和自己的车受损都比较严重。今天到警察局去做了报告，听他们说这个应该是我的责任，让我们具体去问保险公司。目前我的保险只是第三方保，对方说可以私了。我告诉对方先去做评估，然后再决定报保险公司或者私了。我不知道报了保修公司会不会保费会涨很多或者还有其它不利因素。请各位帮忙出出主意，先谢谢了！！！

It is too bad. but should consider it good luck since no one was hurt in the accident. Cars and insurance are not that important when it comes to health and safety.

In most cases, Left turn-ers are at fault automatically. If the police gave you a ticket and not to the other person, that means that they concluded that you were at fault.

Depending on the cost to fix (the cars) and your insurance policy, the impact on your insurance rates may vary. The accident record will be in file for 6 years.

Also, if you receive a ticket, it is likely that 3 points will be taken. The points will stay for 3 years... (i think).

对方黄灯的时候你的灯应该是红灯啊按照车速来判断 lz是不是有可能闯了红灯？

左转被直行的撞上肯定是你的责任，先评估是正确的，个人认为只要对方的车维修费用不超过2000就私了。

一般来说，如果损失超过2000，就应该使用保险赔付了，从下一年起，保费会适当上涨，我记得是可以连续3年，最高涨度不超过40%。

谢谢大家的帮助！今天从警察局出来对方主动要求私了！现在还在等对方的评估。。。假使真的私了，我挺害怕有一天对方又说他身体，精神有损伤了什么的。想听听大伙的意见，好做个准备，谢谢！

觉得对方挺奇怪的。是不是他的车挺烂的？想拿了钱不修换车啊？
先看看评估价吧。如果超２０００了就走保险。你如果是第一次事故一般涨得不会太多，然后不再出事故后又会一年年再减下来到原水平。要五年吧。
