, f$ k( S/ m) @, n6 n; u- Design and deliver educational and preventative workshops about addictions to kids & youth
& Z! i$ f- x; h n3 _* C2 Y9 p+ M- Work with a team of actors to develop and deliver of a touring play about problem gambling
3 a# u% K* e) t+ [9 E- Build and sustain relationships with schools, social service agencies and community groups& A" l; J, U2 e# x! F& d
- Identify community needs and best practices in the area of addictions prevention and further develop the program to meet those needs1 e/ |% s$ a' H; { v* E+ X4 b/ e8 E
- Complete regular reporting to Alberta Health Services – Addictions & Mental Health0 q# G) Q# f( o1 J1 Z

- Post secondary degree or diploma in social/human sciences3 f5 p5 n6 M. e- P Z' E
- At least 2 years experience in the fields of addictions & mental health, education, health promotion, public health or youth engagement
( Z' e2 r& v: I3 @; }! H- Strong ability to work well with youth, community workers, teachers and others* r7 G2 y/ T. z) ^& v
- Experience doing program development

- Self-directed and able to take initiative
- T4 _4 K" e6 ?/ m- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; fluency in an Asian language is an asset

- Experience conducting community needs assessments and program evaluation
