Is looking for a long-term Full-time Administrative Assistant, who is a clients' focused and result oriented individual;

' A9 n+ @: y1 [0 e9 C1 [5 f$ |; D& Yrange - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
Schedule: Flexible workweek, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

Must be proficient in English speaking, reading and writing & in Chinese (Cantonese OR Mandarin)

- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
-Paying attention to details;

-Post-secondary education preferred;
-previously related office experience preferred;

- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
* |/ Q/ e6 V9 F1 p9 p- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
