2. Add mixture of eggs with 1.& k: v9 |5 c% {2 C" O: t
3. Add warm milk, mix until sugar melt completely' ]1 X3 X e/ ?9 n. {
4. Filter out the solid stuffs (important step,不然烤好會一粒一粒的)

sugar 40g+30g

* A! J+ A. Q; O1. heat milk and wipping cream to almost boiled# x" c- H* I8 H( J
2. beat egg yolk with 30g sugar & Y- x `4 W2 |$ N1 s; ~, [: n' E# z
3. add 1 with 2 with another 40g sugar (kinda too sweet for me)

5. Preheat ovan to 170C, bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water

有蛋白就會比較凝固
