egg yolk 1

1. Melt and mix cream cheese with sugar (around 80C)
& C4 u! P7 t- P' a8 h2. Add mixture of eggs with 1.1 v3 |' h( U" p! F7 |/ }* S
3. Add warm milk, mix until sugar melt completely
x' w/ S6 z! \/ h) B4. Filter out the solid stuffs (important step,不然烤好會一粒一粒的)
: t- ~$ c8 a E$ m5. Preheat ovan to 170C(~340F), bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water# c ], V* z/ s0 X3 o8 F

vanilla extract 1/2tsp

1. heat milk and wipping cream to almost boiled$ v5 V5 P; Z( l% M" s
2. beat egg yolk with 30g sugar
7 ^( C# U: k- [+ {8 t* [. j3. add 1 with 2 with another 40g sugar (kinda too sweet for me)
0 S, A$ V) X, a- c' D4. add with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, mix well
0 n/ s# h: e& g) y5 H5. Preheat ovan to 170C, bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water! ?! G- X/ D' A* r4 y8 o8 f$ g. v }

不要加蛋白

第一種做出來有一半超好吃
