P0016 stored in the Engine Control Module/ECM (SAE term: Powertrain Control Module/PCM). In some/ ~# l) J3 {2 _9 W
cases, the cause of this DTC may be the VVT--i actuator. Use the procedures in this bulletin to verify the: d$ C& H. G% {0 y6 h% G# U
operation of the actuator and correct the condition. F5 O- ?4 @& Y# `0 H8 E5 h
