outlook 2007 快速增加联系人

7 p0 U6 D# ~( l9 j- G4 _. p$ ioutlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：

/ c1 s4 B- L$ H+ |; r8 w$ g1.Open the email message from the person you want to add
7 `$ Z& L, b+ g2 W6 V/ n
2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts
# Q: f) G1 g3 w3 g' m) g# o: y% sThe Contact dialog box appears with some information completed for you.

3.Complete or edit the remaining text boxes as desired
HINT: To move between fields, press [Tab].
