, K9 x" G, d9 Soutlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：

1.Open the email message from the person you want to add + z. O; a, A+ |$ b, |, M
- s; [' l( O5 j& @1 y2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts

3.Complete or edit the remaining text boxes as desired . V* H1 D' }* L6 H4 E+ H5 H( v
HINT: To move between fields, press [Tab].
