请问，车停在外面多久时间需要插上加热电缆，如果只是停2～3个小时，也要插电吗？如何判断室外停车位的电源插座是好的？谢谢了。

如果只是停2～3个小时，不需要要插电。一般在这种天气条件下，停车超过四小时可以考虑插电。
如何判断室外停车位的电源插座是好的？用的试电笔最好，测一下就知道是否有电了。

现在有一种电源延长线，插座上使用透明材料，通上电时会发亮，否则就没有电。
