" W- I* c/ K0 L• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality)
, x" Y  E& e+ ?/ A  S6 Y• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.
• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award.
" P1 e. |' W% ~" p! P. Z• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;
$ w5 s/ ~9 R0 \* f& F/ d1 O" W7 V• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates;
• Perform applicable post contract award management activities;
• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.).

Education / Experience
• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce;
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;
+ S# y) G6 I, ]/ \1 H! H2 u, @• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must;
/ j8 O7 a- O7 |• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and SAP.
