Bad new or good new: freeze salary for two years

1. Today AHS decided to freeze salary for managerment and non-uniun staff for 2 years. It will affect 8000 employees.

2. 大学已经传达了, 从明年的未来3年内由于政府拨款下降, 部分非教职人员改成4天工作. 这个趋势会在明年一年中蔓延到所有public services 以及很多政府拨款部门

8 [# C3 o6 r2 @What is the housing going when goverment and public services stop hiring and freeze the wage? I hope private sections will hire more and more in the next year.

政府财政收入主要来源于天然气, 前一阵天然气价格处在历史地点, 一直在3块多徘徊, 政府的开支水平还停留在十几块钱的时候, 不赤字才怪了.  这东西涨起来也挺快, 现在已经涨到5块多了.
