C# Systems Analyst

5 I5 z7 @1 e- E5 T) q  }C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
- J9 z0 m% h* nDuties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
' z) |2 x# c% J$ v/ _) i•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
5 x/ B9 ?% U: t% r# |% ^- u5 W•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
& O) c, ?  Z( N•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
5 G( Z% X6 @& cMandatory Requirements:
4 Y: x0 ~; x, c8 W•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
' O0 P% p$ U6 x# D3 t6 w•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
; e+ M% V8 J3 _( n•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
) L3 N+ R+ c; V1 {5 @$ O' l9 Y•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
. w: _+ R! Z$ S8 t. n•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
8 n' I" V3 x' kDesirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
: c+ _6 R* v& H# `•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
