C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
6 D9 {% F! J& c$ P' MDuties:
6 V6 g# s2 c+ L; o0 M& t& d•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
, M" f& N7 {# ?6 R+ G! s( L  z' ^•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
" g; J0 b1 j& U- t& R2 G•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
5 T( I2 z2 H, @4 V6 P# ~' @! t$ k•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
# ^, m# m, t$ O- P; e•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
. L0 T- y$ ?- M( @1 c: o4 R  E•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
) Q1 c/ I( }- G1 ]5 g' V& }•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
' m9 E/ Y9 w7 }•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
" L! X; j( ]7 _+ ^•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
" M/ @1 k# e2 N- Z•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
8 H# t* Z* e; O. q•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
& O3 J' m9 Q7 p2 e7 FDesirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
