7 R9 W' ~* }3 ?, wC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
% A/ C$ }! W. l  w3 ~Duties:
) G/ C, z2 t- i. u0 v/ g( D•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
# s. V# Q( A$ F9 b/ C•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
" D) H( P$ Y4 h' h* S•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
5 H- n1 z+ Z3 @, N$ T8 K/ O2 k' j& \•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
3 N7 V% H( p& @* @/ q•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
0 `% P( D$ n* K  q8 ~' ?+ T4 J, i•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
6 ?# {+ J" t8 S2 x; L! B•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
9 N( ^1 y$ x* k7 {$ n8 \•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
0 J3 B9 `; h# G•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
