C# Systems Analyst

& {, J2 s% n/ jC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
( v0 E* k7 \( J2 q•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
; D1 m5 Y* g6 R# a7 `% @& n$ W•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
, D0 b' ~6 J! a1 d7 z•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
% `! J0 A( H5 E: c: W•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
: T: g' K2 q5 I$ ?% ^; T8 M•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
) y5 k3 `, b" }8 p9 U1 W! UMandatory Requirements:
: e. L2 r" \' y% v; ?, D6 F# {•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
3 \; J8 o$ ]/ _- g, ?- R. J: T•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)

•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
