C# Systems Analyst

C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
1 a% [9 V- M' P$ G•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
* L$ W6 q7 B* P6 t7 x•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
& M) ]& s9 J; }( M( c4 U1 {•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
* B) X$ u! u5 A•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
' v% M4 b: E" v" e( g0 v+ S•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
$ m) s" j& t' n5 |2 Q•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
( }  F5 [3 G5 y2 l+ X•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
: j  r& H/ V6 {5 Y0 I" V+ k•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
8 j3 y  ~  ~0 c$ B•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
) L  V1 \$ V" p  Y•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
) y- s+ _# c1 B5 V7 i•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
  ]( J. D/ w. F- w! u' @•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
