C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
, G7 l& v9 s$ \7 y•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
0 i9 o, x8 z: \2 @1 I•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
. K& X" l. m/ \! M* a( H•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
$ A2 a/ Z; c# X" ^•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
: l# b$ W6 x# r: }•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
- _6 d8 V5 ~0 S9 f& o! s; Z•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
5 l4 ?' ^& H% d( u9 b4 U, `•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
& [, F" s" K, b! }, l. o, [•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
: f& x3 t) C2 n$ J•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
1 S6 `8 M' l+ `Desirable Requirements:
) I$ ~  i: m4 j: t& y) U•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
