Job Duties / Responsibilities
' f- p+ N7 t! M& A+ H+ R+ v• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
0 ^, C F( ]# x! }• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.
+ P+ u: T6 l, T1 q5 b! K) \• SAP match reporting and monthly management
$ Z% I% x$ [- B6 X! Z" T k0 b* }• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
" N9 ]! j6 k2 D+ A• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.4 l1 Z2 l9 B2 g: ^
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.

• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.

• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.

% Q' F4 z; s1 n* G# @2 }: M# ?' _6 p• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)' @# R1 H/ l, E; R4 y8 ?* M
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
6 \1 l% @8 x+ `• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
9 s# I. z6 j c% n' ?* [# y• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.
