$ j( L  k8 O& j1 B& w• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.3 k8 H0 y7 m  s
• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.
0 Y; s3 f2 k+ \3 _• SAP match reporting and monthly management( c5 L- p  e! t  ]# R2 K
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
0 A' m, m3 Z+ e; G2 T3 O3 R• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.) Q( m# }: s6 t6 |+ Y6 X
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.1 }; R! m- |6 p# N4 J& Z$ O9 Q
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.: V# a) L0 x3 Q+ u3 x6 W6 X
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements." f& l. @( D+ V) [  G
• Order business cards as required.' L2 m$ I4 x6 J" i3 D# e
• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)2 {- Q6 r3 k% E" q# q  V% D
• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.7 {( e) F& ^* |7 }% F/ V9 J
• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.$ r4 ^; h" h/ Z, w
• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.$ n: Z- \8 n' ^& }& A
• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training# H6 M4 b$ T$ \3 p  x( i- x

Education / Experience
$ r  b/ C! F# i" p• Grade 12 or equivalent1 {, M9 O' P% h# W3 `$ A' j
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)
0 z0 o) ^/ y% w: N! h• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
! p+ u/ T; E  Y3 T1 x( p• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
" v+ G$ Z3 \" w& G8 d4 y• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential. $ K1 _! C  W  N% \. f
• Attention to detail is required. ) g" W- h- K) ?
• High level of customer service skills is a must.; k% G) }9 A/ n7 x3 G
• Good planning and co-ordination skills.
; ~8 A9 T: J( d  _% D• Shorthand/Word processing skills.& t- A1 ?, F) E! C$ V: D% R: M
• Business Administration Diploma or relevant certificate would be considered an asset.
