• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
) B/ U% ^) q$ t/ d• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.+ `+ b# r5 {) }
• SAP match reporting and monthly management0 g- ?9 @8 e& B: `( P; |1 \! w
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.: o- t6 c8 f0 M R0 K2 J# D4 @
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
: c% d* S ]+ ]0 t• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.

• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.
