  i; ^( ^6 W  {• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
( |; }2 u- |- K  m! A+ F• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.
* ^, C6 u7 I' O/ A/ |2 ?• SAP match reporting and monthly management
; E3 L3 \+ s$ ]) q  X8 C/ A* s6 L" w• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.& s# K/ M* L4 x
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
& B6 r# Y+ x2 V+ r' {• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
# {6 M0 O: I3 r1 X4 O' I• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.
# l/ v# b) q4 K  U+ z• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.
" g5 l4 Z) N1 w• Order business cards as required.
1 \4 X" D7 R- f: o2 k5 u• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)0 ~2 ?+ E6 l, ^5 }7 T$ x- i
• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.
3 g6 o6 @+ S# y: E0 ]+ ]• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.
2 p2 ~1 `6 F/ Z0 `2 ^4 f• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.
% s1 W7 J7 f1 N, Q; C0 c: }• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training: c3 N" ]3 i9 M7 T

Education / Experience/ B& b/ i( G. M
• Grade 12 or equivalent- V" d" [. u$ V# }7 C$ e! _" X
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)) c$ [) j4 I4 C
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience" d$ {# V$ B4 q* U' o6 t
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
! M, s4 K9 ^4 S& Y( D7 P• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.
! r& B" {1 N! H1 l• Attention to detail is required. ( R& n6 \& L2 i6 g9 r4 {
• High level of customer service skills is a must.
7 r7 \1 J, _, z+ N• Good planning and co-ordination skills.
. n# N9 _( Q* E; {• Shorthand/Word processing skills.
. }& Y/ }$ m) C# \5 I• Business Administration Diploma or relevant certificate would be considered an asset.
