Job Duties / Responsibilities
5 [7 Z1 `* N' M8 E- y: b$ s# c' [This role is responsible for the following activities representing  site:
• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams

0 `& W* ~2 d0 ?5 \7 \. ~• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.

+ d3 I$ b+ J3 z% @- R5 L. o0 q! k• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
. N/ Z& T9 q7 ]• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
- Q: {. |1 L. f* O* N$ O3 C, {7 U• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
2 y# D5 x) t0 a+ m• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
5 D1 Y7 `& Y% d( |0 z% b- U• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset.
