This role is responsible for the following activities representing  site:
8 S. a5 F. ]  c0 t% r, \• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
7 s2 x' Y- I, x, h0 q# X7 q* ~• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
6 L% |' u: O0 P$ ]4 t: i• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
& l, S+ E3 M4 X/ _# j. e2 {, Q• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams
• Autocad and Microstation drafting
• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
* E2 N6 f7 E: L" e9 K• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.

# ^1 Q& d; S6 @+ rEducation / Experience
9 v0 V- p7 \1 }6 D5 R" k4 z• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
* y9 W" G# A- o8 f9 o# _! G1 n, ~• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
2 |! @+ f5 h& c0 \' i$ H' p• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
0 H/ n3 I. J% |! x- m1 _• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
0 @( D' @" ]) u/ a( z3 C: L• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset.
