Job Duties / Responsibilities' J& l2 l' E. d3 s
This role is responsible for the following activities representing site:
7 j& j6 g6 {' c0 b" B+ w- ~* T• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support5 I9 f4 ?' ~# j$ U$ G, L, b' x
• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
5 }4 r# k9 ?. T# h# v$ h X• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts; M/ b/ I6 o/ C( t; k0 O% c: e" ]
• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
7 `: a% J( T$ q9 ? k* _! F• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams
# Q. N& ?7 X$ x' i- g• Autocad and Microstation drafting% |" o5 c) ], \& R# s+ C( v# h
• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables4 s7 C$ D! Z" D8 D3 ^8 c! b0 U6 V2 ]) q
• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator q0 s7 l3 ^- e& Z5 t `
• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.

% a8 |. j, p" l3 i1 s# xEducation / Experience) g- n& V3 ~& g" k( C! s$ c
• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
4 u9 r2 N5 W+ {, u; Y• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
4 e: \# P3 C. v2 D' X9 H. I; w• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
; A9 N" ~, s/ E) D: Q• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required5 ^3 ^& H6 L7 }1 a
• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset6 G4 ^# W7 A2 z2 Y4 W; \
• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset. |
