Job Duties / Responsibilities
/ G- I1 y* N3 GThis role is responsible for the following activities representing  site:
• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
+ V) G5 I7 x( x7 M0 k9 |• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
! M+ r* W: t- Y. L: @' ^• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams
• Autocad and Microstation drafting
( h8 L9 h) m# x* n0 j• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
6 ^9 T/ @8 f1 \7 F# B; P8 G1 y• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.

Education / Experience
5 q6 r/ i; U8 V" p• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
  l# B& \- l8 X- W- q) ^# u* @! t• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
4 ~7 G) d, G2 I# r/ j• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
5 M' l6 M% [) {% W5 W• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
7 ^0 J* V0 U5 Z, ~" N! _4 R• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset.
