Police Service Preparation Program

This program is for immigrants and members of visible minorities who have an interest in a career in law enforcement.

Programs run from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm

Entrance Criteria
9 S9 ~- I3 c* [) ^  ^* b  v& mYou must be/have:
• Alberta High School Diploma (or equivalent)
( G( `* @' C$ W0 O# n• Unemployed or underemployed
7 _3 w& P9 q9 U  g• Minimum 18 years of age
/ H0 r7 m! y& k- U• Good moral character
• Good health and physical condition
• Good written and verbal communication skills – must be at a CLB 6+
• Must possess a valid class 5 driver’s license
• No criminal convictions for which a pardon has not been granted
8 S* I. E, {/ M, i• Eligible for financial assistance, or willing to pay tuition
• Citizenship documents: Permanent Resident Card or recent Canadian
