Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules - V2 o& a' Q @/ n; j( A2 H2 j
Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
6 x/ q/ x% X, D' W' CSell merchandise to customers
: o" H+ |9 F v& s9 _Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
/ b- B, a- J& s, |Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise ) S) B% z5 ^+ J, F
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
A+ t' z% r" l! L jHire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:
