We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

$ t. j; P9 f; [& Q$ C" O5 vEducational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
: p- q6 d5 W- g, m) Y. }) g3 r        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

& j: v, R. g- |. x# d$ V        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
' j, g) U" g6 S+ F        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
: e$ E% Z% d; F' F0 P3 {) k        General building management;
1 l3 E4 W. C2 R# S        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
* e( Y4 Q0 N0 y, U        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
