We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

! D0 _& H- o* q: q* B6 `Educational requirement:  
( ^3 Y& ^" H1 k7 U' X4 _        University Degree, or
. f+ Z; `' T: ~        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
2 ]. Z; c3 Z. p% H/ _        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

* z( E" j$ v( |7 S& h7 MOther requirements:
4 J! x9 P9 Q8 Y) I! e        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
1 D1 Z* M6 v1 n4 n0 K8 `3 M        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
$ Y- \7 c) Y% {1 w4 l( F        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
' ~5 d4 {2 j8 ~$ A0 T        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
