7 H1 b, E' Q6 ?2 c2 v' RWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

1 v  k' T  W  B. C- B' q4 G" rEducational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
- `3 [4 W2 x3 S        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
( f" F( m$ r, p. C* G        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

$ t- U( u" Z4 _* H, ^Other requirements:
/ J' }  q( b1 X% ]        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
7 L# S1 ?7 P/ v% r. ~6 H        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
( M7 K& ~/ T1 V. g2 E7 q6 t        Procurement and service contract management;
. A# T& F9 a0 X# X        General building management;
# ^! z% ?# `1 R: j7 u9 e# h        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
