4 Q* @* ^; G5 E  S9 d9 Q0 H- {We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

$ z) o" |, Q& n. L, CEducational requirement:  
- I" E! u% w8 ^3 [3 i- @) y        University Degree, or
- _8 k# B- A9 c4 t        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
' ?1 k3 W. O0 C' T3 E. D        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
5 L% U0 f5 J2 S7 L+ b        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
0 {* j; n, M2 W0 i% J6 L        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
% d( I$ I, E0 R        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
