We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

& L" V0 a+ ], ]1 zEducational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
& p7 v  I* w6 a: p9 N* `        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

! [" ~3 D/ G5 e; j+ y, `* |Other requirements:
; D7 f3 U5 E" K* ^9 k5 W        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
+ `2 ~% M# {% i6 i3 n' u        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
! K8 ^# F  {+ w) \! U; J/ y* X        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
8 O6 [" e. z$ k9 s8 ~  h        Procurement and service contract management;
, b5 _( Q) o; Z4 D        General building management;
4 h& d: _4 J; c& v: j        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
