We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

2 }0 N) s- i- m6 _6 `4 @% fEducational requirement:  
, W* Z3 Q( m+ y1 f        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
0 m" W3 [( L" P: v* M        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

# H" A2 S2 g+ a4 ^" w) U        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
: ~2 T2 b+ k' L) m* N- Z        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
+ \0 C% k, V  d% D! X8 u3 s* t- b6 t        General building management;
* B3 e: m" F6 {; M        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
