Education requirements and points for Immigrant to Canada

After reading Citizenship and Immigration Canada Home Website about the Education requirements and points, I am not sure how many points for the people with bachelor university degree (4years) and total 18 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study in China.

1. You have a three-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship and at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study.        22 points.

2. You have a university degree of two years or more at the bachelor’s level and at least 14 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study. 20
