Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
Sell merchandise to customers
! B" U" H8 y  L+ Z2 _Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
8 Z4 q# h9 V, o7 n( DMaintain specified inventory and order merchandise
$ }4 c! o* E& A5 }6 jPrepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:

        Completion of secondary school is required
/ y, ~9 |' |. L* b9 S         1- 2 years  work experience as retail salesperson
