• Is compliant with Nexen corporate policies on integrity, ethics and drug / alcohol.
• Ensures that health and safety standards are achieved and maintained by the warehouse team.
• Is participating member of the Material Management/Warehouse Team that receives an
/ E# d) M! C$ S* m  hdistributes material and tools in a timely and cost-effective manner.
. x& L& w% p. @# m9 r5 L" {+ J4 S• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right
/ ~( B' |1 H  t3 j- F7 qplace (person), at the right time, for the right cost.

• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.
& N7 z# m) a& e2 W3 |, X) j• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
) ^0 }# ?- n) M( ^0 ]0 f/ G) D" ]2 o• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
+ [5 m/ T) Z- @9 o; z6 {6 P• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
0 L4 b. S" o7 `) j# O• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
2 a# h" I8 P( m. T9 d  V0 m- T5 D7 }* ^• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
1 }3 h& q( N4 W: W$ @" C7 C: I  z• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
" w) @8 C4 M" N, w6 U0 D$ C7 U* \• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
* S9 }: V6 d; ?2 i• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
- y" Z1 o" R- a/ d' T• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
resolution.
• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
7 ^+ a; Q; ~" S' q( \  w6 F! q• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
2 E. ~4 d( u  O' d0 ]• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
  C3 @% L8 |9 B! v9 W7 f• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
- c6 J$ S- ~; s# F7 C& k• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
% M6 M6 ?; A& N• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.
4 Q  x( J( j0 v0 X% L• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
2 h& d% r( k* z! F3 n9 Z• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.
• Performs other Assignments or Project work as required.

9 }2 B+ q; G* i; FEducation / Experience
; n3 U: b+ Q0 I6 x' N  U9 ~• Grade 12 / GED.
$ ]) @0 ]! y+ T# W- U) V• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
; N5 r. r4 E* G9 t• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
- u% g8 D8 G$ r4 z1 A• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
