Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Is compliant with Nexen corporate policies on integrity, ethics and drug / alcohol.
( e, K* U. K& B  w7 z9 n1 V• Ensures that health and safety standards are achieved and maintained by the warehouse team.
• Is participating member of the Material Management/Warehouse Team that receives an
distributes material and tools in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right
place (person), at the right time, for the right cost.
• Preserves materials.
• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.

6 y' i5 v" T' f• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
+ j4 G  {: ?* ]/ t8 \: a" p! j% a* H  Q• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
/ v; A2 G  h6 a, [; u1 b• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
& y8 Q9 S+ n+ f" n' N- E$ ~• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
resolution.
$ c3 s2 ]7 a0 Y5 ^% B• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
: q8 g- m, C1 K/ d• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
9 d* U. v* Y9 G; p2 Q; f3 d• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).

' L- ]5 O. }8 q% v# T• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
6 s1 r7 }3 E3 A- G7 d# N+ ^1 D) {• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.

6 d& T! A% ~; T) t1 AEducation / Experience
2 y: N- T. F0 Y5 ^2 l( z• Grade 12 / GED.
! g( ?* ]& n8 Z: m# S6 b0 P3 P" E• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
& |# a% S- f% y/ d• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
% M* Y# f3 X' |- p4 Y• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
0 [; `# a5 h/ U  h6 D' ]* Q• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
