Job Duties / Responsibilities

, V. D3 W- E" o& H' D• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right

) r5 G2 K7 s; d: R• Preserves materials.
• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.
2 d" D" M! c# p. V- g( h/ F( g• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
: O! @' j: u* x2 Y: K  G5 C• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
# a8 F* q9 h8 m6 a1 j1 Y+ B• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
: m$ @7 L' y9 ^2 D' o& M! x; W• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
1 F: B# ]; A, m* \! o' g6 L• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
% L+ H, A7 k4 `• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
. w8 }0 [0 G* z# g5 p• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
+ u. \" L% e2 ~" @• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
7 a- o: h: f6 H! F" J  |6 V• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
, H, l( U/ t: X• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
' ]; i- Y4 ^  n+ g# E, presolution.
• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
3 ^" x  K( A/ Y. m• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.
+ L. _& G9 L5 @5 Z+ d7 h" [$ i: s• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
% H! B4 S; K7 ~( J• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
8 H# P! O' H( l: \( L) N5 A• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.

3 y4 J. X' S# S  ~5 PEducation / Experience
• Grade 12 / GED.
; b5 ]/ c# U& ~• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
+ m1 L( @+ V" P/ i3 [8 n- ]3 k• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
+ `. _& R5 T/ k4 r7 n• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
