Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Is participating member of the Material Management/Warehouse Team that receives an

• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.
• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
3 x" S$ B' \3 N" i$ {• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
% e! x) S- G  e) g5 Z' l• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
, ^7 o0 s0 S* l( Q• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
7 [9 {% s$ @, u2 w+ \• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
  G$ d0 O% ~( q. o7 K5 |• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
2 G* T/ f2 L# Z• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
resolution.
) f( t/ ]9 V! ]! O( ^% n/ l• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
& i% V7 L! u6 y5 Y0 t+ x• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
( e! _7 u- v6 n• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
( w, E+ U- N5 G, ]+ w2 I5 e7 o• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
) @; y7 |( F$ I5 q5 ^• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner

• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
9 X! b" Q, [6 ^; ~: g7 T* b) ~• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
5 O* x+ y# e/ j& i• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.

2 r0 s. O* i# }4 G. A' U! lEducation / Experience
• Grade 12 / GED.
2 U$ v- i& j3 q8 s" q5 X( ^3 v• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
7 M% R) ~: t  V+ C( ]8 l8 Y; s• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
! K4 x7 L+ O1 `0 H1 }• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
