车内的CD player被盗，请问到哪里去说理？

Hi guys,
$ I2 p1 l+ {& K6 m今天早上开车的时候发现副驾驶侧的玻璃被砸碎，车内的CD player被盗了，这个气啊
7 V% C8 ~0 M6 u8 c以前听人说过被盗CD的事情，没想到今天发生在自己身上了。由于我没有买车辆的偷盗险，所以是不能找保险公司理赔了。请各位大侠出出主意，这个事情该怎么处理，可以最大降低我的损失，谢谢。

CD 嘛，買個最便宜的自己裝上去。
就算你有保險，那墊底費已經夠你買了。
