请问各位大虾： 建房子的时候，builder 应该装cable的outlet吗？ 买房子的时候，以为是“commonsense”就没有仔细看墙上有没有接口。 现在，电脑可以上无线，可是电视怎么看呢？本人自认为，这些接口应该是“必需品”， 就像电源接口一样。 但是，builder不这么认为， 所以，在下想请问一下之情人士。 不然的话，也很难下一步行动。
3 G- q' I, s' n. {备注：要是我不知道答案的话，去打builder association， 他们还是会先联系builder，然后，再交给我。 因为上次关于upgrade的冰箱他们是不是应该hook－up waterline，其处理程序就是这样的。

衣食住行

这是两个不同的事情。TV Cable 的Outlet是标准，应该至少两个：Family room 和Master Bedroom 各一个。如有Bonus Room，也应该有一个。但冰箱的Waterline则是你自己的责任。他们是不负责的。

I don't think it is a standardized spec., every builder has a different spec., they should have provided the buyer a copy of their spec details. I do know some builders don't even provide the garage door opener which is a must for every garage. So always read before you sign anything.

不过，waterline最后还是builder帮我们搞定啦。 我给他们的president发邮件，他没回。 但是，2天后，他们负责工程的就打电话我，说过来帮我们装。 看来，我还占便宜啦 ～～～

Don't be frustrated, no big deal at all, as long as the basement isn't finished, the cable guy can do his job; just may cost you a small sum of money.
