$15.00/hour starting wage
Temporary to permanent position
International oil & gas company
South side of Edmonton

1 ~) s/ o  B  n1 Z7 a6 H) iAs a Drill Bit Repair Technician your duties would include:
4 C' N$ [  s' ^$ D+ h# {1 f*Setting up and operating machines and tools for drill bit repair
*Read and interrupt blueprints to build and repair according to product specifications
; ~7 ]) P% X2 t/ C: D; b*Cleaning, quality inspecting, painting, pricing and shipping drill bits
% J" r) F" g1 j; `% J) I. y% i*Practicing total quality management and safety processes
# j# v8 q# z8 w  b* R*Driving 3/4 tonne truck for hot-shot deliveries (minimal aspect of position)
& v0 d5 e% O0 l9 a% B' H$ f

Requirements:
*Minimum Grade 12 or G.E.D. equivalent

*PC literate in Windows 95/98 and Microsoft Office 97

*Motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
( ]3 a" Q3 l! l*Machining and welding experience an asset
% ^5 \: b3 z; c3 F" Y& F: p*Knowledge of drilling operations an asset
2 C, v: C$ p( {# S5 F*H2S and First Aid certification an asset
