U-turn 的问题

当然不是了。请看：

5 m/ X0 c+ c6 z% K% RDo not make a U-turn unless you can do it safely and without interfering with other traffic.
Outside urban areas U-turns are not permitted on a curve or near the crest of a hill where the driver of another vehicle cannot see your vehicle.

" C1 J5 V/ B& M1 DU-turns are not permitted in urban areas in the following situations:
' K6 e2 p: ~7 O; XOn a roadway between intersections.
Where a sign prohibits making a U-turn.
At an intersection controlled by a traffic-control signal (traffic lights).
6 n% I4 V# @/ Q6 F- K" t; C. WAt an alley intersection.
