Shaw's high speed lite 不是高速网。可以说非常慢。我曾用过一个月，现在停了。下载文件的速度最大是16k/s，慢吧。视频聊天效果很不好。声音时断时续，图像容易停止不动。慎用。

We are using shaw high speed, our friend is using high speed in Montreal. Try a couple of times video chatting. Not bad.

I do not know our download speed, but I oftern download movies.
