3. Be aware that seller always push buyer to buy with all kinds of method. " g; M& Q# u: s# d2 M4. Perform site visit to see what is around the lot you chose. Any power line. Transformer Neighborhood, etc. % U# B* k# f5 {+ L) ~
5. Ask information on future development of community and school information.: c- I3 z% J% c+ H8 w8 d! m
6. Ask about traffic information.( L9 g( R$ A4 ]
7. Compare the price and quality of different builders.6 R% @& d3 R/ c, G I( C
