直接向builder买一手房有什么注意事项吗？

1. Read contract carefully. Builder always like to release his responsibilities thru  Contract.
2. Use your own lawyer.
3. Be aware that seller always push buyer to buy with all kinds of method.
4. Perform site visit to see what is around the lot you chose. Any power line. Transformer  Neighborhood, etc.

好多小区盖房子的builder都是exclusive的，只能选他们。比较他们的reputation，选择自己喜欢的户型。 到2楼走走，质量一般的一楼嘎吱嘎吱的  O(∩_∩)O
