Position Title: Information Management & Technology Summer Employment Opportunity
Job Description/Duties: As part of DTHR IT project team you will ·Work with PC’s, printers, faxes and other peripherals ·Perform basic troubleshooting on: -Desktop PC’s -Various Operation Systems (NT, 2000, XP) -Network Issues ·Verify documentation and equipment inventory, as directed ·Work on various project activities, as assigned You will gain exposure to a fast paced IT environment, basic computer, printer, peripheral, network, operating system, and software troubleshooting techniques, and experience on a large IT deployment project. Duties will include travel to healthcare sites at various locations throughout central Alberta. Excellent attendance record, reliability & personal suitability must be demonstrated. Extension may be granted depending upon project timelines. Project timelines will require some overtime, which will be compensated at overtime rates for hours worked beyond 7.75 hrs/day.  
Qualifications: Completed 1 yr post-secondary education focusing on IT or some computer experience; good communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, work well in a team environment.
