Position Title: Network Support Analyst
5 R; \% }+ t. q- D6 V: sJob Description/Duties: Maintains three Local Area Networks including the physical hardware, computer hardware architecture, customer information systems, network based software application programs; install application software, hardware and upgrades on ten network servers; installs and maintains office, computing desktop equipment/peripherals; troubleshoots problems users are having related to the network environment. Monitors servers including processor utilization, memory management and connection to WINS Server, DNS Server and Time Server.  
  I! q' M5 q8 \( qQualifications: Computing Science diploma; supplemented by significant experience in a technology support group for a large corporate network managing Windows 2003 servers and client workstations. Strong communication (oral & written) skills.
