Even this may not slide into the river like the others did few years ago, soil settlement/shifting  will make a problem. That is why the price is so appealing.

5 b, G  e% p% H  H1 M这不是那一段的，不会掉河里。这房子离河中间还隔着两排房子呢 (154 st 东西两侧的房子）。

也不是预谋买家抢房的。这房本来要70多万，一路慢慢降下来的。最大缺点是外表一般，厨房特小，对面是差房子。

7 e1 C6 Y4 i- p当然降到目前价位也差不多了。

对面是幢apartment,里面更糟----极小的厨房，结构布局不是家庭用，总之所有东西都要重做，Agent 说改造还要20万以上。

. T, M/ Z0 y) i% l  S$ C- u( l这房背后靠的地块刚重建了个“城隍庙”，虽说不合小黄口味，但好歹是个百万以上的房子。整个区位不便宜。
