The 5 year leading rate will be in effect from June 1 through June 30 only and we will honor funding up to September 1st. The 5 year leading rate is exclusively available to be offered by ATB branch staff and MDOs only.  Brokers are excluded. The 10 year fixed rate will be available beyond the 30 day test period and until further notice.

期限更新一下，只要application在6月份做了，funding date在10月1日之前的贷款都可以，延长了一个月。贷款种类包括包括new purchase、refinancing和renewals。

& f6 I: M$ e+ S加拿大皇家銀行(Royal Bank of Canada)，滿地可銀行(Bank of Montreal)，多倫多道明銀行(Toronto-Dominion Bank)，豐業銀行(Bank of Nova Scotia)及加拿大帝國商業銀行(Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce)已將5年固定利息按揭調高0.2厘加至5.45厘。

皇家銀行及滿地可銀行的新息口已於周二生效，而多倫多道明銀行，豐業銀行及加拿大帝國商業銀行的新利息將於周三實施。

是，如果有意向今年夏天秋买房的，最好赶快做个预定，要不然有可能随时变化。请注意第一贴中这句话“Please note rates are always subject to change due to market conditions.”
