BIRTH CONTROL PEER GROUP TRAINING

' R/ u. A( K7 O9 SThis is a peer group training where women will learn more about Birth Control Methods and Fertility, for your own knowledge or to pass on to peers in the community.
% O* r! x+ p; l8 x# z. K
! _# b2 Y& G- H! y* rThese small groups (5-8 women) consist of 3 sessions, 2 hours per session.  These groups can take place at an agency you may already be connected with or at the OPTIONS office.

        Natural Birth Control Methods
) M. E8 i' f/ r$ k' c4 x1 t   Barrier Methods
( F9 q1 C: x0 k+ e6 w$ R   Hormonal Methods
                IUD & IUS  and  Surgical Methods
                Community Resources and Sexual and Reproductive Rights in
                 Canada

        These service is free and no immigrant or refugee status is necessary.
