Housing Program Worker

% l: _$ y4 r0 E6 G# o( S7 z To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
: Z5 ]# K  a1 z5 P To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
% e! B4 E- L7 E8 [; m, K  F7 C To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

8 C9 W4 L+ Y5 p* k9 z, mQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  ^" z+ C/ ^' m2 O Current CPR and First Aid certifications
' c8 J, D4 L$ e3 x( Z8 G Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
