/ J" `# V- [& P# P4 c" b' g) j To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
4 n" J% D+ L# o$ P% X# c To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
4 k8 I7 W9 K9 t/ S' M5 w& E4 R To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
9 ~  [$ V/ \& t- v9 t To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

3 e) O2 R! P/ |! R" BQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
6 q- h  T3 a1 F# C# w# H1 ~ Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
