3 {1 J8 r" ^3 H3 A$ Z0 o To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
, \/ Q  `: Q8 j To help promote the program in the community.
2 l  E* p8 g' _; }1 H To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
! o' \. g- Z9 }0 j8 D  O; y/ ?2 R9 p Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
( T+ n- l' [% v  S' D4 |/ n Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
