+ ~- o2 a2 a: K- G2 A4 jKey Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
7 v- T$ v, `# h9 W9 B4 A8 S4 n To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
% X# a* |1 k2 z To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
# X2 `& I- d2 m To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

% Y2 q: w8 O8 a% XQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
, q5 q7 Q  e2 @0 T5 ?# Q/ `- w 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
: _" I; y" z3 q& x; k Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
