$ E2 A( ~( b5 S2 Z' H3 mKey Responsibilities:
( `; @7 @0 K( ?4 X$ @) Q To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
( \" f+ z$ c& b& k$ u  L To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
& z% B  v4 I8 ^! T" B To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
; U: N: H( J2 a To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
$ O& F6 z/ }# n8 l To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

- T$ k0 i9 n) a5 q; L& t0 g: a/ sQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
5 C2 }) q% a' y$ e' z9 W2 Y Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- C$ g  z0 C4 v0 ]# ~; L5 I+ Z" Q8 M1 B Current CPR and First Aid certifications
6 v% A9 D: q7 h$ p3 [ Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
