Key Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
7 f/ m  b' d5 a( B7 S1 _ To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
  M; \' m8 R( \/ R  a9 f To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
& B( R" a5 P' [) @ To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
3 H7 ]4 i; ]1 g% V To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

$ [2 u3 `; @% e$ p4 Q/ AQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
1 g0 i/ S: p+ @) j" e6 L  N Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
