Key Responsibilities:
) Q1 m6 R4 Q7 } To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
& }6 I/ K/ L$ ~7 B To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
7 |( z: m' c! ]' C' H; G. z To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
1 _9 Z0 j; y9 E4 t. a0 V To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

9 a% u' t% x0 g- b. z. ]$ J$ XQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
$ ~* T5 P* K; N& Q. b4 Q" I) z 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
$ w% v$ Z* f" G Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
