The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department. The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.# G n: G8 H8 S

This position is full-time position (37.5/week) with flexible work hours to meet the needs of the department team and individual caseload. The Lead Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities.% U1 h( O" m* O
9 a y& Y' x) l! \ GJob Duties/Responsibilities:
- r: y9 ]8 r0 j7 E0 J4 y, G• Human Resources Management5 }, u5 {& L/ _
• Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities
$ e* c! y; s- u• Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors 5 Q5 [ K7 i; l |3 ?
• Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities0 m( o( f. x3 Y' ^. K; Z! o
• Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet requirements for delivery of services
. B) F$ I" }5 P* B+ `0 J• Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities

• Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program
f! D0 a# E$ K! t• Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes ^/ E5 N& O( Y( Y' o( e' v
• Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required9 ]1 `7 R, D& V o; e# W" n
• Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication
4 j& _0 p- ]/ u& Y4 u• Review service action plans and support programs as requested* u& g( ^$ _! B1 f. ^9 y: A
• Ensure program policies and procedures are met and followed by department' Y$ K# j- q- \0 W( p' ^6 M( ?% E; H2 R
• Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program e- G1 V8 D3 Q! N0 c+ D( o) q+ W5 S
• Implement service modification, as required2 `/ {* r0 i) d
/ J" o' Z" \) y. P$ ?Administration- s8 @9 o; \" ~7 v6 q& a! y8 x
• Collect monthly reports from Program Coordinators and forward to the Director- z- j9 A9 J3 Z( f5 O
• Screen external program documentation and where necessary bring to the Director for review
/ ], p& ], N* M* _4 x• Update program files and documents are with current information and documentation, as required

Qualifications:5 U6 c6 D) ?% g" b6 p
{1 P9 ^! r4 F1 Q• Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field7 ]( X. C1 `2 a
• Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities' F* R) u& s l" ~0 w m
• Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience
$ v/ n8 \. k" x3 o• Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations

• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office1 j! X' a6 `1 H& a( g* F+ _
