The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department. The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.

( @/ b* H U5 hJob Duties/Responsibilities:

! P- R* w) ~) {) B' G5 V% E• Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities
& @4 P7 x2 y+ E# b. @3 N• Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors - u$ }. p( b5 ^
• Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities! d M5 l5 }+ x& A; W
• Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet requirements for delivery of services
" C3 z( {& E# P" F* \• Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities+ z4 C( D+ S1 A" Q. i) H

Program Delivery- c) \( |, z; B0 |0 }1 z
• Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program
0 h# Q" Z% x) R4 T# z1 o! K0 @• Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes
1 ^7 o- U' _+ a• Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required0 w c4 s K( Y: t4 f1 i6 `* n/ [3 M
• Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication
9 y4 P2 N% w/ ?; A• Review service action plans and support programs as requested6 g! I0 U* l* \2 H! D a2 _
• Ensure program policies and procedures are met and followed by department
4 q$ P5 y) x6 Q& {• Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program

E* Q0 A% i* h7 a% H0 i$ M• Collect monthly reports from Program Coordinators and forward to the Director3 a7 V6 {; y; K7 U: |% N
• Screen external program documentation and where necessary bring to the Director for review
" @( `% I0 [5 P G- T& b! q" T. i4 q• Update program files and documents are with current information and documentation, as required

• Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field5 f, N- u3 g; W0 Z
• Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities
3 m- X2 p! R5 G+ _, ^, F• Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience
5 _$ O) [8 ~8 _: B# F. s/ a& \+ |• Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations
