Key Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
2 i4 U$ c. s# i3 m* z# [ To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
; }: b5 ], X" t4 U* s3 e% o6 H To help promote the program in the community.
' ~' c% c" i: F0 s1 K! y To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
- I7 e0 n  l- ~  s3 R To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
" c0 ]  L$ j- a9 F To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
1 }+ s! @6 Q) z' {$ l Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
4 A$ P2 E* k* O  q0 t: v4 l1 w* C Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance

Hourly salary range is $8 to $10/hour
