' S6 C3 y0 ?: F) JKey Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
1 w; Y1 k! \/ c7 F1 [# i- k1 } To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
9 |/ _( G4 g9 h) D) C To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
& R, I$ ]# ^$ k To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
! J" X' G) i: a 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
# e9 T! W* S. K" J3 ^7 }: R; \ Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
, C* [' U4 y7 b7 |! H Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
