Key Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
0 @* D0 q: \2 d$ A To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
$ {, p1 D4 m' c$ r' v To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

( C/ c8 v2 g0 y. xQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
0 j) ~3 D4 k/ J6 P/ w3 X Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
* d, h1 z" c8 `1 w Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
