Housing Program Worker

Key Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
$ U- j6 d! G# ]* _0 O To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
' E7 F4 F% F- D/ a1 G0 e To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

; A7 P8 r  _+ e, X; n% sQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
4 x3 b. |5 ~6 I9 r+ s+ A. y3 V Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
